well I was really freaked out I was all like "WHAT IF A TORNADO COMES!" I go down in the basement and I stay there until my mom calls "DINNER!" I went upstairs and shoved my food in my mouth and ran back downstairs. My mom said that a tornado wasn't coming. I was too worried to listen to her

i was stuck in mayo fo an hour or more..... cheering at the soccor game ..... lighting stop game for 15-30 min.... then there was the tornado watch thing my coach did not want us driving in it so we had to stay till it cleared up a bit. by then it was 8:00 we got home and my ride was stuck here because of blinding rain.....

Ooh, I had soo much fun! I love storms! I wanted to stay outside but my mom made me go downstairs. I guess it makes me weird that one of my dreams is to see a tornado... I also love thunderstorms at night, I think I sleep better. Man, I am weird.

heh. not to brag, but i think my story's the weirdest. so, me and my family went out to eat at the broadstreet cafe, right? so we're almost done, like i only have like a bite of dessert left, and the waitress comes and asks us if we'd like to go to the basement because there's a tornado in mantorville and it's going to be at highway 52 and 14 in about five minutes, which was like a few miles away (barlow's). so we go down to the basement, which is another restaurant called the redwood room, and it was FREEZING COLD!!! so we're huddled together, with no idea of when the tornado's coming or when we'll be able to go home, or even if we'll get home, and it's cold, and i'm freaking out in my head, and the vast majority of the people in the redwood room were staggering drunk (well, not staggering, but they smelled bad), and it was weird.

ok my story!!!!!!!!!! i was at mayo when i heard about the storm. and they had told us to get rides home and if we cant we had to stay at the school. so i ran to put my flute away (this was durning band camp) then ran to door 6 to call home. i called home and no one answered the phone, so i had to call my mom to pick me up. which was fine. when i got done with the phone the storm started to pick up. when i got home ran down stairs with my little bro and my puppy. we just sat there for like 10 mins. or so looked out the window and saw there was just the thunderstorm. and we wnet back to whatever we were doing before. thats my story
