I really need to know if now in the point the story is at this moment (read it if you haven't) should Kyo tell Tohru he loves her or not. I need help deciding. Thanks =D

That's a tuff one... I think it would be more like Kyo to start then stop... say something that will make Tohru suspicious (if she's even capable of being suspicious) without giving away his feelings. I just have trouble imagining Kyo "Confessing his love".
